Dr. Adenike Aderonke Moradeyo is a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, School of Management and Social Sciences, Pan-Atlantic University. Dr. Moradeyo served as a resource person at the Lagos Business School in March-April, 2015.  She began her teaching career at Augustine University, Lagos, Nigeria in the Department of Economics, where she also served as the pioneer Coordinator of the Department of Economics. Dr. Moradeyo graduated with PhD Management from the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University in 2015. Prior to this, she engaged in a visiting exchange programme as a doctoral student in IESE, University of Navarra in the year 2009. She obtained her BSc Agricultural Economics and MSc Economics from the premier university in Nigeria, University of Ibadan in 2002 and 2005 respectively. She has work experience in the financial, consulting and manufacturing firms. She has several publications as conference proceedings, book chapters and journal articles as full articles or abstracts in British Academy of Management (BAM), Production and Operations Management Society (POMS), Global Conference on Business and Finance (GCBF), International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management (IJRCM), International Journal of Services and Operations Management (IJSOM), Africa Academy of Management (AFAM), Journal of Operations and Supply Chain Management (JOSCM)  and  Africa Academy of Management (AFAM).  She obtained the best in session paper and outstanding research awards at the Global Conference on Business and Finance (GCBF), Las Vegas, Nevada. USA in 2011 and 2019 respectively.
