Mr. Frank Wiggle
Franklin Emobothe Wiggle is the Director, University Relations and Development of Pan-Atlantic University.
Prior to his appointment in the University Mr. Wiggle had a career spanning 20 years in the asset financing industry culminating with his position as founding Managing Director of GLC Resources Limited from 2003 to 2010.
In 2010 he resigned to take up a position as Deputy-Director University Relations and Development and in 2012 became the Director, University Relations and Development of Pan-Atlantic University.
Mr. Wiggle who holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Benin is married with children.
