DR MARGARET MARY A. OGEJOFO

Dr Ogejofo is an Adjunct Lecturer at PAU. She obtained her first degree in English Language and Literary Studies, Masters in Educational Administration and planning, and, a PHD in Management, from the University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom. She had extensive work experience with the Federal Ministry of Education from where her career as an English Language/Literary Studies specialist took off. She was an accomplished Administrator and Secondary School Manager and a seasoned Inspector of Schools, enabling compliance and quality assurance at the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels of the Education Sector. She retired as an Assistant Director in the Federal Inspectorate and began a career in Human Resource Management.

Dr Ogejofo has over ten years of Human Resource experience with responsibility in Consulting and core Human Resource Management. Margaret was the Regional Human Resource Director for Deloitte, a Global Multi-Disciplinary Professional Services Firm. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

She has valuable experience in Organisation Design and Restructuring, Industrial Relations and Diversity Inclusion, Change Management and Leadership Development. Margaret is passionate about Human Resource Development and the finding of solutions to performance and productivity in Organisations.

Over the years, she has carried out restructuring assignments for small scale, medium sized and large Organisations in both the public and private sectors.

Dr Ogejofo has also had prime responsibilities for various Consulting assignments in the areas of Organisational Review, Coaching, Executive Recruitment, Performance Management, Operations/Manuals Review, Training and Development, Human Resource Due Diligence etc., in both the Banking and Oil and Gas sectors of the economy.

She is currently a Principal Consultant with Oak-dean Consulting, Lagos, a Human Resource and Outsourcing firm, as well as a part time lecturer at the Pan Atlantic University, teaching Management Theory and Human Resource Management.
