Mrs. Rosemary Okolo
Rosemary Chiyenim Okolo, is an Educator and Administrator. She holds a Masters degree in Educational Management from the University of Benin (M.Ed) 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. In 1991, she obtained a Certificate in Public Relations from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Lagos which today has contributed to her ability to function in a multi-cultural setting.
She began her career in teaching as a Lecturer of English Language and Literature in the College of Education, Agbor and moved on to the College of Education in Ekiadolor, Benin City.
On relocation to Lagos State, a decision to work with the younger generation led to her teaching in Dowen College and the Lagoon Secondary School respectively where she served as the Head of Department of Arts. Also, on part-time basis, she taught Brush-up English to MBA students at the Lagos Business School.
In 2005, Mrs. Okolo joined Rainbow College as Vice-Principal, Senior High and rose to the position of Principal, Junior High in February, 2008. In 2009, when Rainbow College day school was established, she became the pioneer Principal. In August 2010, she was appointed the Deputy Registrar of Pan-Atlantic University and was appointed Registrar in November, 2012.
She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, NIM and a member of the Association of Registrars of Nigerian Universities (ARNU).
She is married with children.
